Electra-Locks was founded in 2012 by Robert Taylor, a locksmith and Safe/Security engineer with 22 years of experience in the field. He began his journey with a 4-year locksmithing apprenticeship, before working for Chubbs Safes as a Safe Engineer for 10 years. Robert spent a further 8 years working in the electronic security field before forming Electra-Locks.
His experience has helped form our industry ethos, with many of our workers starting as an apprentice and working their way up in the company throughout our operation. All of our staff undergo specialist in-house training, granting them both the knowledge and confidence to operate at our high standards.
What we do
Electra-Locks are a specialist security integrator, providing professional security installations and maintenance in the South East. Over the years, we have expanded to fit a host security needs, from CCTV installation and Access Control Systems to gates and barriers. We have also since moved to much more modern offices, alongside opening our own training facilities and stores.
